For all the research, planning and preparation in which you invest, your project will fail if the implementation process does not deliver to specification. That sounds like basic common sense but one may be surprised at how often this critical phase can be subject to less than stringent controls and management.

However, at S&C Slatter we recognise the importance of continuity in the exceptional attention to detail and service we aim to provide throughout the project programme. It’s no surprise, for instance, that we are a Category A Supply Chain Partner to Willmott Dixon. This status recognises our commitment to continuous improvement in service performance and collaboration during all project stages.

We have built and nurtured a team structure of key specialist and experts which possesses unrivalled skills and experience – the foundation on which the bespoke delivery programme for your project will be created and fully managed.
