Stage 4: Construction

This stage involves the careful planning and implementation of your bespoke construction programme, created by one of our dedicated Contracts Managers and agreed with you, based on your desired timeframes.

Construction

The construction process encompasses both offsite manufacturing (e.g. of your selected synthetic surface) and on-site works, from initial preparation and ground excavation all the way to finishing touches such as equipment, fencing and floodlight installation.

Planning for success

Your holistic construction plan will detail exactly how the contract will be realised, delivered by an experienced management team specifically selected for your project.

With a dedicated Contracts Manager, Site Manager and Health & Safety Manager, we work closely with you to ensure a safe, collaborative and communicative environment.

Once your construction programme is complete and any required governing body tests (FIFA, World Rugby, FIH etc.) are concluded, your new state of the art facility will be ready for handover.
